Your first quests, supplies and land purchase in the Starter clearing.

Start with Mira
Mira introduces the game through five short quests. Accept one, follow the objective marker, then return to her when it is complete. A yellow exclamation mark means a quest is available; an active quest uses a question mark, which turns yellow when you can claim the reward.
Quest progress comes from your completed actions. Hiring a helper or already having the ingredients in your inventory does not complete the gathering objectives. Existing permanent gear and land purchases can count for the later purchase quests.
The five tutorial quests
The mining objective is 10 ore because each copper bar consumes 2 ore. The tutorial awards 130 gold in total. Its small objective window can be dismissed through the × button and a cancellation confirmation.
- Clear the clearing: defeat 5 goblins. Reward: 20 gold.
- From rock to metal: mine 10 copper ore and smelt 5 copper bars. Reward: 25 gold.
- Catch your supper: catch 5 trout and cook 5 trout. Reward: 30 gold.
- A little stronger: buy a gear upgrade from Bram. Reward: 25 gold.
- Room to grow: buy land from Bram. Reward: 30 gold.
Gather, then craft
Click a resource or workstation to walk to it and start working. Right-click a crafting station to choose a recipe. Activities repeat while their requirements are met; a chosen recipe needs its own materials.
Use the recipe's requirements and ingredient list to plan the next step. Copper ore becomes bars through Smithing, and raw trout becomes food through Cooking. The smelting furnace and cooking hearth are separate stations. Keep some cooked fish before trying stronger monsters.
Open your first new area
Bram sells equipment and land. East ridge is the first land purchase and costs 90 gold. Land unlocks in order, with the next area shown in the shop. Opening a region gives you access to its activities, but each resource and recipe can still have a skill-level requirement.
You do not need to train every available skill at once. Pick a useful next recipe or upgrade, inspect its ingredients, and follow those supply sources.
Keep the interface useful
- Open a skill's activity list to inspect recipe unlocks and requirements.
- Right-click an activity shortcut to assign an unlocked activity.
- Settings → Display & UI contains interface and text-size options.
- Progress saves automatically; separate save slots keep separate characters.
